Introduction.
On our website, we strive to ensure that all people, regardless of their situation or abilities, can access our content and services. We believe that accessibility is a fundamental right and an ethical responsibility, and that is why we have incorporated a series of design and coding features that make our website more accessible and user-friendly.
Guidelines
On January 1, 2006, the regulations that oblige Spanish public administrations to make their websites accessible to all citizens came into force. To do this, administrations must apply the WAI guidelines (group that builds accessibility standards) of the W3C, which aims to guarantee the accessibility of Public Administration websites. In accordance with the UNE-EN 301 549:2022 standard, the necessary measures have been implemented to ensure the accessibility of this website to all people.
Following the W3C WAI guidelines, we have implemented a series of technical measures that allow people with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive disabilities to access our content without barriers. Among these measures, we highlight the possibility of navigating our page using the keyboard, the use of descriptive labels for images, the integration of subtitles and transcripts in our videos and the use of high contrast and an adaptable font size.
This website complies with the WCAG 2.1 regulations on accessibility, which establishes the guidelines and criteria to ensure that web content is accessible to all people, including those with disabilities.
To do so, we have followed the guidelines and techniques of WCAG 2.1 at three levels: A, AA and AAA. These levels establish different accessibility requirements, from the most basic to the most advanced, to ensure the maximum possible accessibility.
JUICY&FRESH SPAIN S.L. is committed to continually improving the accessibility of our website and to address any suggestions or comments that users make in this regard. If you find any accessibility issues on our site, please feel free to contact us so we can fix it right away.
